The Technocracy Movement:
The Technocracy movement began in Columbia University, in 1932 (the Great Depression era). A group of scientists and engineers got together, with the goal of rescuing North America from what they believed to be the death of capitalism / free market system. The group created what they believe to be a superior economic system, which they called, Technocracy.
It’s helpful to understand the mentality of the Technocracy movement. Scientists and engineers tend to be extremely confident in the correctness of their own conclusions (about pretty much everything). Therefore, their strong conviction is that they have a natural mandate to be in charge of society.
In a sense, Technocracy is a religion of science, because “Science” is whatever the Technocrats say it is, and “Science” is the only correct path to utopia.
In their pursuit of utopia, the Technocracy Movement has a dual mission:
(A) To redesign human society through Technocracy — where Technocracy is the scientifically engineered and driven economic system to run human society.
(B) To redesign human beings through Transhumanism — where Transhumanism is the scientifically engineered and driven evolution of human beings.
They take this quite seriously. Due to their advanced technological prowess, today’s Technocrats proudly claim they are making God Himself obsolete and irrelevent. eg, Today, they are at the point where they can synthetically create embryos without the need for sperm, egg, or womb. This is fact, not fiction. It is public-source knowledge, published in science journals and mainstream media.
Getting back to their economic system: In the interest of making themselves crystal clear to the world-at-large, the Technocrats published their official definition of Technocracy:
“Technocracy is the science of social engineering, the scientific operation of the entire social mechanism to produce and distribute goods and services to the entire population of this continent. For the first time in human history it will be done as a scientific, technical, engineering problem. … Technocracy will distribute by means of a certificate of distribution available to every citizen from birth to death.”

Universal Digital ID:
When they say, “certificate of distribution available to every citizen from birth to death,” they are referring to an ID. Today, of course, this is being pushed in digital form — a Digital ID. And their goal is to create a universal database that records every human being’s activities from birth to death, and associate all those activities with the corresponding identity of that unique person. Thus, it is a Universal Digital ID.
Central Bank Digital Currencies:
In tandem with the Universal Digital ID, they are pushing the world to switch from cash to Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs). Because CBDCs are digital, they are programmable by the Technocrats. Meaning, you can complete a financial transaction only if the Technocrats approve / program the release of your CBDCs for that transaction. Thus, the Technocrats control your economic behavior (eg, the food you’re allowed to buy; the political donations you’re allowed to make; the healthcare you’re allowed to purchase).
Scientific Totalitarianism:
As you can see, the combination of these two elements — Universal Digital ID and Central Bank Digital Currency — allow the Technocrats to know, and to control, all human activity, everywhere. This is a form of Scientific Totalitarianism.
